    Yahoo and Dogpile rank highest in user satisfaction (10/11/2006)

    In its third year, the J.D. Power and Associates study of Residential Online Service Customer Satisfaction surveyed 10,787 residential customers of Internet service providers nationwide. Yahoo! Messenger ranked highest second year in a row for instant messaging services, and Dogpile ranked highest among service engines, followed by Ask.com and Google.
