    Digital divide among children (2003) (10/12/2006)

    Released last month, this DoE report examines computer and Internet use among preschool and K-12 students in the U.S. and confirms a correlation between family income/parent education and usage. Of note is that no sex difference exists in rate of usage and that children living in Spanish-monolingual households have the lowest rate of usage.
