    Bloggers Are Journalists (6/21/2006)

    Apple Computer's recent attempt to force bloggers to disclose confidential sources was thwarted by the ruling in O'Grady v. Superior Court (2006 Cal. App. LEXIS 802), in which the Sixth Appellate Court of the Court of Appeal of the State of California ruled that bloggers and citizen journalists are entitled to the same legal protections as journalists.
